Do you offer free consultations?
Prestige & Creation offers complimentary consultations. No appointment needed.

What if I am late for my appointment?
If you are late for your scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

What if I must cancel my appointment?
If you must cancel your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may accommodate another guest who may be waiting for a service.

How does each appointment begin?
Each appointment begins with a consultation. Our trained service providers will talk with you to learn what you are looking for from your experience. We listen to your needs and design the service to compliment your lifestyle, making your experience positive and comfortable. Please advise the staff of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service.

After your service, we offer to pre-schedule your next appointment so that you will always receive the date and time most convenient to you and the service provider of your choice.

Why do prices vary?
As a result of their achievements, our professionals work at different levels: Stylist, Senior Stylist, Master Stylist, Senior Colorist and Master Colorist. While prices vary accordingly, every Prestige & Creation specialist is constantly improving through ongoing education.

My favorite service providers are always so busy. How can I be sure they are available when it's convenient for me?
Many of our most popular service providers have a steady clientele. To guarantee an appointment with your favorite provider, simply schedule it well in advance, even if that means scheduling it before leaving the salon. This guarantees availability with your service provider at a date and time that is most convenient to you.

What would be the salon's policy if I am not completely satisfied?
If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, we will adjust the cut or color if it is scheduled within 10 days of the original appointment.

Can I come in for bang trims?
Bang trims are a complimentary service offered once between each haircut service. No appointment is needed for this service.

Do you keep my personal information confidential?
We never sell, trade or share our customers personal information including email addresses with any third parties.

What is your policy on lost or stolen items?
Prestige & Creation is not responsible for lost or stolen items or for items left behind after a visit to the salon.

What form of payments are accepted?
Prestige & Creation Salon accepts cash, personal checks and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
